Agreement Summary
This agreement grants We Help Singers permission to record, use, edit, and distribute the recorded audio and video of our conversation.
Permissions Granted
I, the undersigned, authorize We Help Singers and its representatives to:
1. Record and Distribute
Record our conversation and use it for public distribution, including on podcast platforms, social media, and the We Help Singers website.
2. Edit Content
Edit, format, or condense the recording as needed.
3. Use Name and Likeness
Use my name, voice, and image in connection with the promotion and distribution of the episode.
4. License
I grant We Help Singers a perpetual, royalty-free license to use the recorded content.
Waiver of Rights
I waive any rights to inspect or approve the final product and release We Help Singers from any claims related to the distribution of this content.
